AqVida is a pharmaceutical company. We specialize in the development, regulatory approval, manufacturing, and distribution of oncology products. Our portfolio includes the most important generic drugs for the treatment of the most common forms of cancer.
While our customers are located worldwide, we have two locations in Northern Germany: our administration, headquarters, in Hamburg since 2005, and our state-of-the-art production facility in Dassow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which was inaugurated in 2016.
We are looking for an IT employee (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. You are a good fit for us if you already have initial or even several years of experience in IT support – but above all, if you are eager to learn and develop your professional skills.
Your tasks:
- First Level IT-Support und Troubleshooting
- Administration and maintenance of the Windows domain (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- Administration and support of the Microsoft 365 environment
- Implementation of backup & restore and disaster & recovery requirements
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in IT support
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft technologies
- Willingness to pursue further education and self-development in the IT field
- Communication skills in German and English
- Service orientation and ability to prioritize
- Work location: Dassow; Remote work option: up to 2 days per week after initial training; Travel required: approximately 2 to 3 days per month to the Hamburg location
