We at AqVida are looking for solutions - until we find them: before setting up our ultra-modern production site, we were looking for a filling system without any format parts. There was no availability in the market. So we designed and built it together with a partner. Working with almost no format parts does not only simplify the process, but also increases aseptic security enormously.

Our clean room container can be installed at any place where basic infrastructure is available. We generate our own energy: We use the solar collector at our plant in Dassow in north-west Mecklenburg to generate a significant proportion of the electricity we need.

By using e-cars for our fleet and the exclusive use of green electricity, we keep our CO2 footprint as low as possible. In addition, we support a sustainable reforestation and forest use concept in Panama

Our transport boxes are not standard cardboard boxes made from wood pulp or cellulose. They are made from North German grass regenerating quicker than other resources.
