Operational/Production Quality Expert (m/f/d)

AqVida GmbH was founded in 2005 with focus on the development, registration and sale of generic pharmaceutical products in the field of oncology. After constant growth and especially with the establishment of the new production facility in Dassow in 2016 for the manufacture of parenteral active ingredients, AqVida today covers almost the entire field of pharmacy.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an

at our production site in Dassow to start from June 2024 on a full or part time basis.

Your tasks include:

Experienced handling of GMP documents according to the principles of good documentation practice.
Translation of production related documents such as SOP's, batch records and validation protocols.
Handling of personnel qualification/requalification for inspection of pharmaceutical products, as well as writing/revising and training of manufacturing instructions and documents, such as SOP's, work instructions and reports for production.
Active participation in the improvement system (deviations, changes, CAPAS) as well as participation in the development and implementation of reasonable measures for error prevention and the coordination of compliance activities.
Support of the production manager in complying with pharmaceutical regulations, manufacturing instructions, GMP guidelines, safety and environmental regulations in the production area (within the meaning of § 22 AMWHV).
Independent creation and maintenance of work instructions, formulars and checklists.

Your profile:

Completed training as a chemical technician or technical training OR completed studies in the field of economics, chemistry, pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, mechanical engineering or comparable.
Work experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
Confident use of German and English, both written and spoken.
Experienced handling of common office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Open, independent and communicative personality, who approaches and motivates other people.
You have excellent problem-solving and very good practical judgment skills and work in a structured, responsible and timely manner.

Coordination, creation and revision of GMP documents (e.g. batch records, deviations, CAPAs, change control, logbooks, trainings and SOPs).
Support routine operations (Engineering, warehouse, inspection, packaging and clean room)
Continuous improvement of systems aligned with the latest state of art guidelines and GMP
Supporting compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, manufacturing regulations, GMP guidelines, safety and environmental regulations in the production area (in terms of § 22 AMWHV)

Your profile:

The office in Hamburg is centrally located and can be easily reached by public transport. Our production facility is in Dassow in Northwest Mecklenburg (by car: 30 minutes from Lübeck, 40 minutes from Wismar, 50 minutes from Schwerin).
