Operational Systems Expert (m/f/d)

AqVida GmbH was founded in 2005 with a focus on the development, registration, and sale of generic pharmaceutical products in the field of oncology. With constant growth, especially the establishment of a new production facility in Dassow in 2016 for manufacturing parenteral active ingredients, AqVida now covers almost the entire pharmaceutical field.

 

As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking an Operational Systems Expert (m/f/d) for our production site in Dassow to start from June 2024 on a full-time basis.

 

Your tasks will include:

• Actively participating in the extension and improvement of systems and equipment

• Preparing and executing qualification/requalification of new and existing equipment (documentation and fieldwork)

• Providing direct support (documentation and hands-on) to routine operations (engineering, warehouse, inspection, packaging, and clean room)

• Coordinating and supporting compliance activities on-site (e.g., audits)

• Coordinating, creating, and revising GMP documents (e.g., Master Batch Records, Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Logbooks, SOPs)

• Supporting the introduction and validation of new products

• Supporting and directly contributing to compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, manufacturing instructions, GMP guidelines, safety, and environmental regulations (within the meaning of § 22 AMWHV)

 

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chemical or pharmaceutical technician OR completed studies in the field of chemistry, pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field

• Work experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry (not mandatory)

• Confident use of English, both written and spoken

• Good German communication skills

• Experienced in using common office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Open, independent, and communicative personality who approaches and motivates others

• Excellent problem-solving skills, very good practical judgment, and works in a structured, responsible, and timely manner
