AqVida is a pharmaceutical company specializing in the development, registration, manufacturing, and distribution of oncology products. Our portfolio includes the most important generics for the treatment of the most common types of cancer.

While our customers are located worldwide, we have two sites in Northern Germany: since 2005, our administration and headquarters in Hamburg, and since 2016, our state-of-the-art production facility in Dassow, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

For our office in the heart of Hamburg, we are looking for an experienced “Project Manager (m/f/d) Financial Processes” to join us as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Lead the project for the digitalization of a pharmaceutical company
• Analyze and document internal processes (especially O2C, P2P, and inventory movements)
• Digitalize VAT returns, EC sales lists, and Intrastat reporting, ensuring all necessary master data
• Cross-departmental communication for production planning and other processes
• Support with corporate planning, quarterly reports, analyses, etc.
• Set up internal control systems (ICS) in accounting

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in financial accounting
• Experience in designing accounting processes and ERP workflows
• Experience working with an ERP system (ideally SAP Business ONE) and proficiency in common office applications
• Knowledge of accounting standards and procedures (HGB)
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to actively and empathetically drive change
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
