AqVida is a pharmaceutical company - we specialize in the development, registration, manufacture and distribution of oncology products. Our range includes the most important generics for the treatment of the most common forms of cancer.

While our customers can be found worldwide, we have two locations in Northern Germany: the administration, our headquarters, in Hamburg since 2005 and our state-of-the-art production facility in Dassow, Northern Germany, inaugurated in 2016.

For our office in the heart of Hamburg, we are looking for a "(Senior) Accountant specializing in Accounts Receivable Management" to start as soon as possible, part-time is also an option.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring and active participation in accounts receivable management
• Communicating with international customers and supporting the sales team with invoicing and various customer enquiries
• Revision and updating of accounts receivable master data
• Responsibility for the implementation of a continuous dunning process
• Active collaboration in the development of the dunning process and conceptualization of digitalization options
• Active participation in tenders for the acquisition of international customers
• Processing insurance matters and guarantee/credit management
• Daily execution of bank bookings and monitoring of bank transactions
• Responsibility for advance VAT returns, ZM and other statistical reports
• Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Various reconciliations, especially in the areas of accounts receivable, banks and financing
• Ad hoc analyses and general processing

Your profile:

• You have several years of experience in accounts receivable management and have been involved in annual financial statements (esp. HGB)
• Good knowledge of accounting systems (SAP Business One)
• You are familiar with common Office applications
• You are characterised by analytical thinking, decision-making skills and proactively strive to find solutions.
• You enjoy change and the design of processes and digitalisation
• You have very good communication skills in German and English
