Packaging & Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d)
Location: Dassow
Employment type: Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (from 20 hours), starting immediately
We are AqVida, an internationally active pharmaceutical company producing important medicines for the treatment of cancer. Since our founding in 2005, we have been growing steadily. Our headquarters are located in the heart of Hamburg, and with our modern production site in 23942 Dassow (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania), we have had our own production in Germany since 2016.
Clearly, high quality and safety standards apply in pharmaceutical production – and we strictly adhere to them. At the same time, we value open communication, team spirit, and quick, straightforward collaboration. Everyone pitches in, and each person can make a difference.
To ensure our products succeed in the market, we need your support in packaging and marketing. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, creative team and want to work in a secure industry, then you are exactly right with us as a Packaging & Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d).
What to expect from us:
- Designing and technically implementing pharmaceutical packaging (folding boxes, labels, package leaflets, blister foils) under own approval with Adobe InDesign according to regulatory requirements and internal specifications.
- Technical review and release coordination of packaging for customer approvals in compliance with quality requirements.
- Briefing, coordination, and follow-up of orders with external agencies and printing companies, including technical coordination of quality and layout.
- Coordination and alignment with internal departments such as packaging, warehouse, technical, quality assurance, and sales.
- Creation and ordering of marketing materials and promotional items (e.g., brochures, roll-ups, giveaways).
- Creation of sample artworks and orders for international approvals.
- Documentation in the quality assurance system and SAP.
- Communication with international customers and colleagues in German and English.
- Additional projects in packaging and digitalization.
What you should bring:
- Completed training or studies in graphic design, media design, communication design, or a comparable qualification.
- Excellent skills in Adobe InDesign, ideally also Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Self-organized working style focused on efficiency and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to daily challenges.
- Strong communication skills in German and English (comparable to B2/C1 level).
- Ability to communicate across departments and successfully implement project goals through collaborative teamwork.
- Enjoy working in an international and multicultural team.
- Very good skills in MS Office & willingness to integrate AI into your daily work.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated environment is an advantage.
What we offer you:
- A diverse and responsible range of tasks with opportunities for design and taking on your own projects.
- An open and collaborative work environment with flat hierarchies and a supportive team that values cooperation.
- 30 days of vacation per year (based on a 5-day week).
- Subsidy for company pension scheme or capital-forming benefits.
- Subsidy for the Germany public transport ticket (DeutschlandTicket).
- Access to the Wellpass company fitness program (subsidized by AqVida).
